One Manhattan Square
When we were brought on for the rebrand of One Manhattan Square, we were inspired by the Village Voice—the grassroots publication that featured members of the community and highlighted news and happenings. OMS, with over 800 units and 100,000 square feet of private amenities, is like a vertical village, where you actually know your neighbor. We wanted to create branding that tied in the community aspect, since Extell’s regularly scheduled residents’ events were one of the highlights of living at OMS. In a lifestyle and editorial style campaign, we created relatable stories around one of OMS’s most famous residents, Tyler Cameron. Through this shoot, we were able to showcase the convenience, welcoming yet exclusive community and luxury of the building’s residences, amenities, views and surrounding neighborhood.
